Intro to Ballet
Beginner dance workshop for adults and teens (ages 15+)

This workshop is for everyone from total newbies to those rekindling their passion for dance. No ballet shoes or leotards required, but do bring socks if not wearing ballet shoes, and wear clothes you can move around easily in.

What to expect:

• A supportive, judgement-free zone
• Improved flexibility, strength, balance, and posture
• A fun way to stay active and express yourself
• A boost in confidence and body awareness
