Happy New Year! Join us by celebrating awesome movement! This workshop is a great opportunity to learn parkour in a fun and supportive community. We break down the foundational skills you need into easy-to-approach steps for all levels. We'll learn skills like vaults, rolls, jumping, landing, climbing, and more.

After this class, you will be eligible for our "white band" parkour classes and open gym. These are beginner classes and open sessions hosted throughout the week every week.

This workshop is for youth and teens ages 9-17. For adults, check out our ages 18+ meetup!

Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and shoes that you can jump around in as well as a water bottle. We have water coolers to refill bottles.
