Teen/adult workshop for ages 15+

In this workshop, we will explore functional flexibility, or the basic flexibility a person needs to function in their day-to-day life; things like clipping your toenails, twisting to look behind you, and reaching that itchy spot on your back without hurting yourself. We will learn how to make the flexibility exercises our own, when to use active stretching, passive stretching, or joint strengthening exercises, and how to progress the basic stretches into more advanced techniques.

Prerequisite(s): no experience needed, ages 15+
