Beginner workshop for adults/teens ages 15+

The back handspring is a popular skill in tumbling and gymnastics. While the skill is considered advanced, this workshop is beginner-friendly so we will break it down into steps and incorporate drills and practice skills like handstands, bridge holds, and walkover-type movements and progressions to get you started. 

No experience needed.
