Parkour workshop for ages 14+
Parkour isn't just about what you can do - it's about how you put it together. This workshop digs into route design: reading your environment, working with constraints, and finding the rhythm that makes a sequence feel like yours. Come build a framework you can bring to any obstacle, familiar or not.
Special guest coach: Nat Jensen - 15 years in and still finding new ways to move through the same old spots. Based in Boston with Parkour Generations, Nat coaches with an emphasis on fluid movement and technical precision. Level 2 ADAPT certified, with experience helping movers of all levels find their own flow.
Prerequisite(s): ages 14+. No experience needed
